Evaluations are used to diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and movement dysfunctions to get to the root cause of your pain. During an evaluation, we will use VALD performance technology to gather data on muscle strength, range of motion, visual and video observation of your movements, and jumping​/​landing mechanics (if necessary) in order to identify the actual cause of your pain. We will use a combination of this technology, manual therapy, spinal adjustments, cupping, scraping therapy, compression therapy (and any other modality needed to get you out of pain) followed by an individualized exercise plan specifically tailored to address your weaknesses and imbalances.
